What the service is

Podhod is a planning and record-keeping tool for a personal trainer and their clients. It does not provide medical services, does not diagnose, and does not replace advice from a physician or another qualified professional.

The coach account

• the coach is responsible for password security and for activity in their workspace;
• by entering client data, the coach confirms they have grounds to process it and that the client has been informed;
• one account is meant for one coach.

Client access

A client receives a permanent secure link to their portal. It should not be published or forwarded: it grants access to sessions and history. If it may have leaked, the coach resets it and the old link stops working.

In the portal a client records actual results of an active self-guided session. The prescribed structure of a session is edited by the coach.

Health and responsibility

Training decisions are made by the coach, not by the software. The app shows past facts and never changes prescribed load on its own. Consult a physician before training, particularly with injuries, chronic conditions, or during pregnancy. Responsibility for safe training rests with the coach and the client.

Unacceptable use

• attempting to reach data in another workspace or portal;
• automated scraping and load that interferes with the service;
• posting unlawful material or third-party data without grounds.

Availability

The service is provided as is. We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee the absence of downtime, errors, or lost connectivity. Maintenance and updates may happen without prior notice.

Ending access

You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data. Access may be restricted for breach of these terms or for actions that threaten the security of other people's data.
